Paradise Found: Aruba!

I took a trip to one happy Island… Aruba!

The small but lively 70 square mile island sits in the Caribbean Sea, just 20 miles north of South America.

With perfect year round temperatures, the island is proud to offer the most sunshine in the Caribbean and is a destination served by 13 airlines worldwide!

What makes Aruba one of the Caribbean’s most visited islands, besides the standard postcard-perfect beaches, and endless, jewel-colored waters?

There are glitzy casinos, killer night life, stark, desert-like outback and Dutch-influenced, gingerbread architecture and much more to experience!

Be kind to your travel agent and get out of town!

Yuengling Ice Cream?

The headline flashed across my laptop’s 17 inch screen “After a 30 year absence Yuengling Ice Cream returns to freezers in select markets.”

Having enjoyed a cold lager or two I pondered on the interesting mix of a brewery and creamery!

The quest for further information was on!

Plus the field trip wheels are already churning for a summer getaway to central Pennsylvania. I'll share my itinerary thoughts later!
